Which marketplaces does CR Ninja pull data from?
We pull reviews, photos, Q&A and size feedback from Trendyol, Hepsiburada and Amazon. You can also collect reviews and questions on your own store.
Which ecommerce platforms does it work with?
All of them. The widget is added through Google Tag Manager, so it doesn’t matter whether you’re on Shopify, ikas, Ticimax, IdeaSoft, T-Soft, WooCommerce, Magento or a custom build.
Do I need a developer to set it up?
No. Access to Google Tag Manager is all you need, and our team will help you add the tag and place the widget on your pages.
How are my products matched to marketplace listings?
By barcode, SKU or listing URL. You can track your match rate in the dashboard and link any unmatched products manually.
Can I hide negative reviews?
You can choose which star ratings are displayed, approve, edit or unpublish individual reviews, and use word filters to keep certain content out automatically.
Do rewritten reviews keep their original meaning?
Yes. Ratings, size info, praise and complaints all stay the same, only the wording changes. The original text is kept in your dashboard, and you can switch back to original reviews any time.
Can reviews be translated into other languages?
Yes. Translate reviews into any language and show them on your international storefronts in that language.
How does pricing work?
We put together a custom quote based on your catalog size and the modules you need. AI translation and rewriting are billed by usage, and you always see the cost in the dashboard before you run them.
How do I pay?
Payments are made by credit card. Your card details are stored securely by iyzico, never on CR Ninja’s servers.
Will it slow down my site?
The widget loads independently from the rest of your page, and we review performance with you during setup.
